Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Svarog Launcher ("Svarog", "the app"). By connecting a wallet and using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Non-custodial service
Svarog is a non-custodial tool that helps you create and trade Solana tokens. We do not take custody of your funds. Wallet keys generated or imported in the app are encrypted and used solely to perform the actions you initiate. You are responsible for backing them up.
2. No financial advice
Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Risks
Crypto assets are highly volatile and trading can result in the total loss of funds. Solana transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Smart contracts, bonding curves, and third-party protocols (including Pump.fun and Raydium) carry their own risks outside our control.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to: keep your wallet, keys, and backups secure; verify that every wallet prompt matches the action you intended; and use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to defraud others or to violate applicable law.
5. Fees
The app may charge fees for launches and trades, and third parties (the Solana network, Jito, Pump.fun, Raydium) charge their own fees. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm an action.
6. As-is, no warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that launches, bundles, or trades will land, succeed, or be profitable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svarog and its operators are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the app, including failed transactions, network conditions, or third-party services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
